AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements which lie in U. S. Survey 278, Township 47 North,
Range 5 and 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: The easternmost one
hundred fifty (150) feet of the ten (10) foot easement as
recorded in Book 6295, Page 160 of the St. Louis County
records, and the ten (10) foot easement as recorded in Book
7193, Page 198 of the St. Louis County records.
Section Two. The easements as herein vacated are not
intended to and do not affect the validity of the ten (10) foot
easement as recorded in Book 7193, Page 196 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
