AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements as described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the south line of Lot 63 and the
five (5) foot easement along the north line of Lot 62 of
Valley View Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 190, Pages
12 and 13 of the St. Louis County records, excepting
therefrom the eastern five (5) feet of each above described
easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
