AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate portions of such easement strips
and this District has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
The thirty (30) foot wide easement along the South line of
Fractional Section 27 between West Plains Industrial
Park Plat 2 as recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 46 and
47, and Westport Crossing Plat 1 Amended Plat as
recorded in Plat Book 188, Page 14, said easement
recorded in Book 6041, Page 514 of the St. Louis County
records.
The ten (10) foot wide easement along the East line of property
now or formerly of Wenneker Construction Company, Inc.
as recorded in Book 6523, Page 433, said easement
recorded in Book 6722, Page 1528 of the St. Louis
County records.
The ten (10) foot wide easement along the West line of property
now or formerly of Thomas and Ellen Thoma as recorded
in Book 7128, Page 839, said easement recorded in Book
6723, Page 739 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
