AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
construction of storm sewers in Gray & Oak Storm Sewer, E-313, in
the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in Gray
& Oak Storm Sewer, E-313, in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
