AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the River des
Peres for engineering services for the construction of storm
sewers in Wallis Avenue Storm Sewer, E-314, in the City of
Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of the River des Peres for engineering services for
the construction of storm sewers in Wallis Avenue Storm Sewer, E-
314, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
