AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Waverton-Midpark (S-1384, C-715), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Waverton-Midpark (S-1384, C-715), in the City of Ladue, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 11th day of February, 1980, and
formally executed on the 12th day of February, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
