AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 3309, adopted
August 10, 1977, as amended by Ordinance No. 3499, adopted May 4,
1978, Ordinance No. 3605, adopted October 11, 1978, Ordinance No.
3740, adopted March 14, 1979, and Ordinance No. 3835, adopted
August 8, 1979; and amending Ordinance No. 3834, adopted August 8,
1979, by adjusting the compensation rates for the Unclassified
Service of the District established therein.
WHEREAS, the compensation rates for the Classified
Service of the District were increased by three percent (3%) per
annum effective August 1, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 3309, adopted August 10,
1977, as amended by Ordinance No. 3499, adopted May 4, 1978,
Ordinance No. 3605, adopted October 11, 1978, Ordinance No. 3740,
adopted March 14, 1979, and Ordinance No. 3835, adopted August 8,
1979; and Ordinance No. 3834, adopted August 8, 1979, are hereby
amended to increase the compensation rates established therein by
three percent (3%) per annum for the Unclassified Service of the
District, specifically the positions of Executive Director,
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, Assistant
Executive Director, Secretary-Treasurer, Director of Finance,
Director of Legal Services, Director of Engineering, Director of
Personnel, Director of Maintenance, Director of Wastewater
Treatment, and Deputy Director of Maintenance, said increase to be
effective for the pay period beginning January 28, 1980.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
