O R D I N A N C E NO. 3954
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Antoine-Heitmann &
Associates, Inc., for engineering services for the construction of
storm sewers in Holmes & Elliot Storm Sewer, E-315, in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for the engineering of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Antoine
Heitmann & Associates, Inc., for engineering services for the
construction of storm sewers in Holmes & Elliot Storm Sewer, E-
315, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
