AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($27,000.00) from the Fee Fee connection charges for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Manchester Pump Station No. 4
(S-1332, C-706), in the City of Manchester, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($27,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
connection charges for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Manchester Pump Station No. 4 (S-1332, C-706), in the City of
Manchester, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
