AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($15,500.00) from the Fenton Operating Fund for
real and personal property taxes in the Fenton Service Area of the
District for the year 1979, pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase
and Sale of the former Fenton Sewer Company.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($15,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fenton
Operating Fund for real and personal property taxes in the Fenton
Service Area of the District for the year 1979, pursuant to the
Agreement of Purchase and Sale of the former Fenton Sewer Company.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
