AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
for engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in
South Price Road Branch of River des peres Storm Sewer, E-316, in
the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the
construction of storm sewers in South Price Road Branch of River
des Peres Storm Sewer, E-316, in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
