AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Seventy-
eight and 07/100 Dollars ($15,078.07) from the Fenton Operating
Fund for repairs to lateral connections in Brookwood Plat 3
Subdivision in the Fenton Service Area of the District.
WHEREAS, the District, the former Fenton Sewer Company,
and J. H. Berra Construction Company entered into an agreement
whereby the aforementioned repairs would be completed, and
WHEREAS, the former Fenton Sewer Company deposited the
sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) with the District on
August 7, 1979 to be used toward the completion of said repairs,
and
WHEREAS, J. H. Berra Construction Company has completed
the repairs to said lateral connections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Seventy-eight
and 07/100 Dollars ($15,078.07) is hereby appropriated from the
Fenton Operating Fund for repairs to lateral connections in
Brookwood Plat 3 Subdivision in the Fenton Service Area of the
District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1980.
