AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS FOR
REPAIRS TO FEDERAL BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, repairs are needed on Federal Boulevard in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has determined that it is in the best interest of
the Borough to authorize bids for said repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise bids for
repairs to Federal Boulevard.
Adopted this 3rd day of October, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on October 4, 1996.
