AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-one
Thousand Dollars ($141,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District - Reserve for Real Property Purchases for the
construction of Modifications to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane, Crestwood,
Missouri, C-709.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-one Thousand
Dollars ($141,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District - Reserve for Real Property Purchases for the
construction of Modifications to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Maintenance Building at 8645 Pardee Lane, Crestwood,
Missouri, C-709.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1980.
