AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of a storm channel in Subdistrict
No. 325 (Paddock Creek - Section I - Phase II) S-1593, C-708, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the
construction of a storm channel in Subdistrict No. 325 (Paddock
Creek - Section I - Phase II) S-1593, C-708, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of February,
1980, and formally executed on the 11th day of March, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 3983
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1980.
