AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with St. Louis County, Missouri,
for construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 325 (Paddock
Creek - Section I - Phase II) S-1593, C-708, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with St.
Louis County, Missouri, for construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 325 (Paddock Creek - Section I - Phase II) S-1593,
C-708, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1980.
