AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty-one
Thousand Dollars ($151,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for the
construction of storm sewers in Coldwater Creek at St. Ferdinand
Park (S-1421, C-713), in the City of Florissant, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Seventy-five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-three and
30/100 Dollars ($75,583.30), plus contingencies, toward the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improve-
ment Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-one Thousand
Dollars ($151,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the construction of storm sewers in Coldwater Creek at St.
Ferdinand Park (S-1421, C-713), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1980.
