AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Forty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($348,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Meadow Acres Storm Sewer (S-1380, C-717), in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be re-
turned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($348,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Meadow Acres Storm Sewer (S-
1380, C-717), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1980.
