AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The most northeasterly easement across a tract of land in Section
25, Township 47 North, Range 6 East, and Section 30,
Township 47 North, Range 7 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Book 7031, Page 602 of the St.
Louis County records, starting at a point on West
Florissant Road nearest to New Halls Ferry Road and
running northwestwardly to a point 80 feet southwest of
the Adolph Lutz property line.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1980.
