AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant an alternate easement to the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The easement in the Northeast one-fourth 1/4 Section 22, Township
44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Book 7200, Page 656, of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1980.
