Home My Public Portal About03998 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3998 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re- quested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of easements as described below are hereby vacated, to wit: The portions of easements in Lots 70, 71, 75, 76, 77, 78, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, and 186 of Valley View as recorded in Plat Book 190, pages 10, 11, 12, and 13 of the St. Louis County records and more particularly described as follows: The five (5) foot easement along the south line of Lot 70 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the north line of Lot 71 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the southeast line of Lot 75 excepting the westernmost five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the northwest line of Lot 76 excepting the westernmost five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the east line of Lot 76; 2 The five (5) foot easement along the west line of Lot 77; The five (5) foot easement along the east line of Lot 77 excepting the northernmost five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the west line of Lot 78 excepting the northernmost five (5) feet thereof; The irregular easement along the north line of Lot 176 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost twelve (12) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the south line of Lot 177 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost twelve (12) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the north line of Lot 178 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost thirteen (13) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the south line of Lot 179 excepting the easternmost five (5) feet and the westernmost thirteen (13) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the north line of Lot 180 excepting the easternmost thirty (30) feet and the westernmost twelve (12) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the south line of Lot 181 excepting the easternmost thirty (30) feet and the westernmost twelve (12) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the northeast line of Lot 182 excepting the southeast ten (10) feet and the 3 northwest five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the southwest line of Lot 183 excepting the southeast ten (10) feet and the northwest five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the northwest line of Lot 184 excepting the southeast ten (10) feet and the northwest five (5) feet thereof; The five (5) foot easement along the southwest line of Lot 185 excepting the southeast ten (10) feet and the northwest five (5) feet thereof; The ten (10) foot easement along the northwest line of Lot 186 excepting the southeast ten (10) feet and northwest five (5) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1980.
