AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Fee Fee connection charges to reimburse J &
A Development Company for additional costs in the construction of
sanitary outfall sewers from Templeton Place Subdivision, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee connection
charges to reimburse J & A Development Company for additional
costs in the construction of sanitary outfall sewers from
Templeton Place Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1980.
