AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 16 of Parkwood Acres in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of subject easement and this
District has no further use for the portion of subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The portion of an easement in part of Lot 6 of Parkwood
Acres as recorded in Book 6796, Pages 904
and 905 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom the Northeastern 112 feet
and the Southwestern 20 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1980.
