AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in
Kirkshire Apartments in Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate said portion of easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of easement as described below
is hereby vacated, to wit:
A 4 feet wide tract of land being part of a 15 foot wide
easement, as shown on the plat of KIRKSHIRE APARTMENTS, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
122 Page 92 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, and being
more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the north
line of said 15 foot wide easement, said point being distant South
0 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West 522.14 feet (as measured
along the west line of said KIRKSHIRE APARTMENTS), & South 88
degrees 55 minutes East 28 feet (as measured along the north line
of said 15 foot wide easement) from the northwest corner of said
KIRKSHIRE APARTMENTS; thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes East 41
feet along the north line of said 15 foot wide easement; thence
South 1 degree 05 minutes West 4 feet; thence North 88 degrees 55
minutes West 41 feet; thence North 1 degree 05 minutes East 4 feet
back to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1980.
