AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty Dollars ($24,830.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used to purchase the materials for a gabion project known as
1030-1031 Ayres Drive, in the City of Crestwood, Missouri,
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Crestwood, Missouri, wherein the
District will supply the necessary materials, and the City of
Crestwood, Missouri, will supply the engineering, labor and
equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty Dollars ($24,830.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used to purchase materials for a gabion
project known as 1030-1031 Ayres Drive, in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1980.
