AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction
project, in Two Mile Creek - Crystal Lake Branch, C-722, in the
City of Des Peres, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the developers of the properties to be served
by said project have agreed to contribute Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) toward the costs of said construction; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Two Mile Creek - Crystal Lake Branch,
C-722), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1980.
