AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. and J. S. Alberici Construction
Company, Inc., a joint venture, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Two Mile Creek - Crystal Lake Branch, C-722, in the City
of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. and J. S. Alberici Construction
Company, Inc., a joint venture, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Two Mile Creek - Crystal Lake Branch, C-722, in the City
of Des Peres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
April, 1980,
and formally executed on the 8th day of April, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1980.
