AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
acquisition of certain customer and water consumption information
in order that the District may perform its billing for sewer
service charges.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the acquisition of certain customer and water
consumption information in order that the District may perform its
billing for sewer service charges.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
