AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber, Inc.
- Construction Division, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek - Section 17) S-1438, C-712, in
the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. - Construction Division, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek - Section 17) S-1438,
C-712, in the City of Florissant, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 24th day of April, 1980, and formally executed
on the 13th day of May, 1980, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 4021
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
