AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Coldwater Creek
- Overland Phase I - Midland- Pasteur (S-1201, C-718), in
Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEN]ER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Coldwater Creek - Overland Phase I - Midland- Pasteur (S-1201,
C-718), in Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd
day of May, 1980, and formally executed on the 13th day of May,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4024
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
