AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used to purchase the
materials for a gabion project known as 9400 Jaros Court, in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and St. Louis County, Missouri, wherein the District
will supply the necessary materials, and St. Louis County,
Missouri, will supply the labor and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Dollars
($56,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used to purchase materials for a gabion project known as 9400
Jaros Court, in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
