AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 2411, adopted
March 26, 1973, and amended by Ordinance No. 2822, adopted May 28,
1975, and Ordinance No. 3531, adopted June 16, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2411, adopted March 26,
1973, and amended by Ordinance No. 2822, adopted May 28, 1975, and
Ordinance No. 3531, adopted June 16, 1978, is hereby repealed,
without, however, altering or extinguishing the legal
relationships established by such ordinance or the procedure for
enforcement thereof provided in such ordinance.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect on July
1, 1980.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
