AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to purchase from South County Sewer Company, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, the owner thereof, all of the sanitary sewer system
and treatment facilities, including all treatment plants, pump
stations, mains, trunks, sub-trunks, laterals, manholes, and
appurtenances, together with all real property and easements owned
by South County Sewer Company, Inc., within St. Louis County,
Missouri, and prescribing the terms of said purchase.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby
authorized to purchase from South County Sewer Company, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, the owner thereof, at a price not to exceed
Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), all of the
sanitary sewer system and treatment facilities, including all
treatment plans, pump stations, mains, trunks, sub-trunks,
laterals, manholes, and appurtenances, together with all real
property and easements owned by South County Sewer Company, Inc.,
within St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1980.
