AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 3309, adopted
August 10, 1977, as amended by Ordinance No. 3499, adopted May 4,
1978, Ordinance No. 3605, adopted October 11, 1978, Ordinance No.
3740, adopted March 14, 1979, Ordinance No. 3835, adopted August
8, 1979, and Ordinance No. 3952, adopted February 27, 1980, by
repealing Section Eight and enacting a new Section Eight in lieu
thereof, prescribing the salary for the position of Director of
Engineering.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Eight of Ordinance No. 3309,
adopted August 10, 1977, as amended by Ordinance No. 3499, adopted
May 4, 1978, Ordinance No. 3605, adopted October 11, 1978,
Ordinance No. 3740, adopted March 14, 1979, Ordinance No. 3835,
adopted August 8, 1979, and Ordinance No. 3952, adopted February
27, 1980, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Eight of Ordinance No. 3309 as
amended shall read as follows:
"Section Eight. Effective for the first pay period of
July, 1980, the salary of the Director of Engineering shall be at
the rate of $35,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
