AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty-nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($189,900.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for a Stormwater Management Study of
Coldwater Creek, E-319.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty-nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($189,900.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for a Stormwater
Management Study of Coldwater Creek, E-319.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
