AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($83,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for a Stormwater Management Study of Maline Creek, E-321.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($83,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek for a Stormwater Management Study of Maline Creek, E-321.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
