AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($63,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres for engineering services for a Stormwater
Management Study of the University City Branch of the River des
Peres, E-322.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($63,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres for engineering services
for a Stormwater Management Study of the University City Branch of
the River des Peres, E-322.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
