AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-Seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($47,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering
services for a Stormwater Management Study of Black Creek, E-323.
IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-Seven Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($47,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek, E-323.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
