AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty- five Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($35,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for a Stormwater Management Study of Two Mile Creek,
E-324.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($35,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for engineering services for a Stormwater Management Study
of Two Mile Creek, E-324.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
