AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-325 with Havens and Emerson,
Inc., for engineering services as lead consultant in the
District's Stormwater Management Study Program, and for Stormwater
Management Studies of Deer Creek, Sugar Creek, and portions of the
City of St. Louis.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for the engineering of said program and said studies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-325
with Havens and Emerson, Inc., for engineering services as lead
consultant in the District's Stormwater Management Study Program,
and for Stormwater Management Studies of Deer Creek, Sugar Creek,
and portions of the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
