AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-Two
Thousand and Seven Hundred Dollars ($122,700.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for engineering services for a Stormwater Management
Study of Gravois Creek, E-326.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand
Seven Hundred Dollars ($122,700.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for engineering services for a Stormwater Management
Study of Gravois Creek, E-326.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1980.
