APPROVING SETTLEMENT - MONTECALVO vs. BOROUGH
OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the matter of Montecalvo v. Borough of Carteret was filed in the
Superior Court under Docket # MID-L-7754-94;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby
approves the settlement of $8,500.00 as complete settlement of this matter.
Adopted this 3rd day of October, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on October 4, 1996.
