AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Sunswept
Road (S-1100, C--698), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Sunswept Road (S-1100, C-698), in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of May, 1980,
and formally executed on the 10th day of June, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4071
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1980.
