AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract C-685 with Karsten Equipment
Company, Inc., for the Construction of Caulks Creek Sanitary
Interceptor, Line A-2. (Federal Project No. C-291148).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract C-685 with Karsten
Equipment Company, Inc., for the Construction of Caulks Creek
Sanitary Interceptor, Line A-2. (Federal Project No. C-291148).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred
Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($355,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1980.
