AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract P-1 (Item A) with American
Enviro-Port, Inc., for the furnishing of 1.0 MGD Contact E
Stabilization Plant. (Federal Project No. C-291148).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract P-1 (Item A) with
American Enviro-Port, Inc., for the furnishing of 1.0 MGD Contact
E Stabilization Plant. (Federal Project No. C-291148).
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred
Twenty-three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($123,200.00) and such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Assistant
Executive Director and General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1980.
