AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Page & Lamb (S-1363, C-697), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SENDER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Page & Lamb (S-1363, C-697), in the City of Vinita Park,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of May, 1980,
and formally executed on the 27th day of May, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4086
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
