AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strips and this
District has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The thirty foot (30') wide ingress and egress easements
along the west line of property now or
formerly of Turco Development Company
recorded in Book 7187, Page 1281; said
easements recorded in Book 1689, Page 513;
Book 1704, Page 304; Book 1723, Page 72, and
Book 6041, Page 517 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
