AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Schaefer, Meyer, Baughman,
Inc. for ash removal and hauling from the ash basins at the
Bissell Point and Lemay Plants to Alpha Portland Cement Company,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Schaefer,
Meyer, Baughman, Inc. for ash removal and hauling from the ash
basins at the Bissell Point and Lemay Plants to Alpha Portland
Cement Company, in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 20th day of June, 1980.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
