AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-six
Thousand Dollars ($166,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred
in connection with such construction project, in Chambers and
Coburg Lands - Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fifty-nine Thousand Dollars ($59,000.00) toward the total costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute Fifty-nine Thousand Dollars ($59,000.00)
toward the total costs of said project, upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-six Thousand
Dollars ($166,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Chambers and Coburg Lands - Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
