AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for final engineering costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Chambers and Coburg Lands -
Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for final
engineering costs for the construction of storm sewers in Chambers
and Coburg Lands - Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
